These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tulipsfilm booking site and photography/videography services, operated by RVZI MY PRODUCTIONS ENTERPRISE. By booking a session or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings & Confirmation
- A booking request is an enquiry until confirmed by us in writing (email or message).
- Dates are only secured once the required deposit is paid and the agreement is signed.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion.
- Any additional services or package upgrades requested on the day of the shoot will not be accommodated unless agreed in writing by us in advance.
2. Payments, Deposits & Pricing
- Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and shown at the time of booking.
- A non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your date:
- Basic packages (Photography or Videography only): RM200
- Principal packages (Photo & Video combinations): RM500
- The remaining balance is due no later than two (2) weeks before the scheduled shoot date.
- All payments made are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Payments are processed securely via Billplz / FPX. We do not store your card or bank account details.
- The total payable — including any additional fees such as travel — is shown before you confirm and pay.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you cancel, all outstanding balances as agreed must be settled in full. Only upon receipt of full payment will the contract be formally terminated.
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
- If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least one (1) month in advance. Failure to do so may result in termination of the contract, with the deposit forfeited.
- Rescheduling is subject to our availability and is not guaranteed.
- We reserve the right to terminate this contract in the event of late payment, failure to provide required information, or any breach of these Terms.
4. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including acts of God, natural disasters, serious illness, accident, government restrictions, or venue cancellation. In such cases we will work with you in good faith to reschedule to a mutually agreeable date, subject to availability.
5. Deliverables & Turnaround
- Edited photos (soft copy) are delivered within 7 business days from the shoot date.
- Video highlight is delivered within 60 business days from the shoot date.
- Hard copy products (albums, prints) require approximately 3 months production time.
- Timelines are subject to our current production schedule; you will be updated if there are any changes.
- Delivered gallery links may expire after a stated period — please download your files promptly.
6. Post-Processing & Amendments
- All images and videos are processed according to our standard style and are considered final upon delivery.
- One (1) round of amendments is allowed within two (2) weeks from the shoot date. Additional revision requests will incur extra charges.
- Final files are delivered in high-resolution JPEG (photos) and MP4/MOV (video).
- RAW files may be purchased separately at a price determined by us, released only upon full payment.
7. Copyright & Usage Rights
- We retain full copyright of all images and videos we create, including behind-the-scenes content.
- You receive a personal-use licence to view, print, and share your delivered media.
- We reserve the right to use any photos or videos produced for portfolio and marketing purposes — online and offline — unless you opt out in writing before the shoot.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking details and communicate all relevant information clearly and in a timely manner.
- Ensure venue access and any required permits for the shoot location.
- The client is responsible for the proper handling of any equipment used during the session. Any damage, mishandling, or loss due to client negligence is the client's liability.
- Treat our crew with respect; we may end a session if safety or wellbeing is compromised.
9. Technical Limitations
We do not guarantee that all services will be entirely free from unforeseen technical circumstances. In the event of an unexpected technical failure beyond our control (such as memory card corruption), both parties will work together in good faith to resolve the situation to the best possible extent. We commit to transparent communication about equipment condition and warranties.
10. Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to a refund of fees paid for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any concerns amicably — please contact us first. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may refer the matter to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (TTPM) where eligible, or to the Malaysian courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
